I have worked in hospitality for over a decade and spent a few years in flooring and tiling. Every single place I worked had the same problem. Terrible systems. Blokes losing jobs because they missed a call on site. Chasing invoices at midnight. Doing admin that a computer should be doing for them. When I finished learning to code I realized I could actually fix this.
